WATCH! Bizarre Cloud Formation

On a cloudy afternoon of June 26, 2019, there's a bizarre cloud formation seen at the Western part of Bugasong.

A strange formation of clouds captured from an Android phone look like a humongous tidal wave before a slight downpour of rains occur.
