Acting Mayor Renante Salcedo Dava, together with SB Member Chairman on Market, Slaughterhouse and Business Establishments Hon. Breccio M. Ostan, Jr., Ms. Joselia J. Ymbang, Economic Revenue Regulations and Generations Office (ERRGO) Head and ERRGO Personnel conducted a follow-up clearing operations at the Bugasong Public Market.
At about 4:00 o'clock in the morning, Hon. Renante S. Dava together with the team, went to Bugasong Public Market, too earlier from 8:00 A.M. agreed schedule, for a surprise inspection of the area particularly the meat section and the wet section or the fish vending area where Acting Mayor Dava and team helped in arranging the vendors/occupants in their new venue. They also inspected the weighing scales and confiscated the tampered ones. As of on-site inspection, the ERRGO claimed to have at least 57 new fish dealers who've secured permit to operate.

The team then proceeded to the Public Market Stalls, with the assistance of the Philippine National Police personnel duly tasked by P/Major Edgar S. Anonoy, OIC - COP, Bugasong Police Station, conducted a clearing operations where they asked the stall owners and likewise the private establishments to vacate the foot walk or the pathways with their mechandise, for the said area is intended for market goers and passengers going to and fro the Bugasong Terminal.
The activity resulted with positive result and Acting Municipal Mayor, Hon. Renante S. Dava in his final message is asking the general public to help and cooperate with the Local Government Unit of Bugasong of its objective to have a peaceful, orderly and organized community. He also added that his representation will enforce what is stipulated in the national laws and the local ordinances of the Municipality for the benefit of everybody, without biases, may it be oppositions or his political supporters. He further stresses that violators will be dealt with accordingly.

RELATED ISSUE
Last July 12, 2019, the Economic Regulations and Revenue Generations Office Head, Ms. Joselia J. Ymbang, in the presence of Acting Mayor Renante Dava, convened the stall owners at the Conference Room at the Office of the Acting Municipal Mayor, and there they agreed to some conditions to help the Local Government Unit of Bugasong to organize the Public Market and keep the footwalk free from obstructions particularly of their merchandise that occupies almost all of the passages.
They also agreed to have all the unsettled payments for stall rentals be fully paid in five (5) months time or else the Local Government Unit of Bugasong will have to have necessary legal actions to claim what is due to the Municipal Treasury.
